A Zitrone barista, on site each day. Operations cover stocking, cleaning and upkeep of the point, with a monthly consumption report.

How many people does a cafe need to make sense?

It depends on daily footfall, not only headcount. The service starts 30 days after confirmation, with the menu and hours fitted to your operation.

How is the cafe charged?

Monthly billing on actual consumption. The company can pay it all, subsidise a percentage, or let each employee cover what they take.
