FAQs

  • Do we need a kitchen in the building to have a dining room?

    No. Where there is space and infrastructure, we build and run the kitchen inside your site. Where there is not, we produce in our certified central kitchen and deliver with insulated transport and an unbroken cold chain.

  • How is food safety guaranteed?

    Every batch is produced under HACCP control, with temperature logs and auditable records. A supervisor assigned to your account handles any incident in under two hours.

  • How many people does a dining room need to make sense?

    From 100 guaranteed meals a day, or 500 a week. Above 200 diners a day, across two or three shifts, the format is industrial and runs 365 days.

  • How is a corporate dining room charged?

    Per person served. The company can cover the full fee, leave it to the employee, or split it. On 12-month contracts there is no start-up fee.
